Alerts are generated deterministically on every poll cycle — the same conditions always produce the same result, with no AI involvement. Each asset accumulates a composite anomaly score (0–100) from all triggered rules. The score and individual rule breakdown are shown in the entity detail panel.
Each rule contributes a weighted score to the composite anomaly total. All active signals are listed individually in the entity panel with the raw values that triggered them.
In addition to rule-based alerts, each monitored region benefits from a periodic AI-driven threat assessment. Where rule-based alerts flag specific, measurable events, the AI assessment synthesises a broader intelligence picture across the region.
Before generating an assessment, the system automatically gathers open-source intelligence from a range of public sources, including:
Intelligence is crawled, deduplicated, and fed into an AI reasoning pipeline alongside the live positions and behaviour of all assets currently tracked within the region. The AI correlates recent incidents, geopolitical context, and each asset’s specific exposure to produce:
Assessments are generated on a rolling schedule and can also be triggered manually. Each assessment is timestamped and retained in the session history so analysts can track how the threat picture evolves over time.
AI assessments are intended to support human decision-making, not replace it. Outputs should be reviewed alongside primary sources and operational judgement. The system flags assessments that exceed a confidence threshold for mandatory human review.
